Cancellation and Return Policy EasyFWD and EasyFlux
1. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
If you are a consumer and have purchased easyflux or EasyFWD online, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days after receipt of the product or after entering into the agreement, without providing any reason.
2. easyflux (Hardware)
After exercising your right of withdrawal, you have an additional fourteen (14) days to return the product.
The product must be returned complete and, insofar as reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.
After receipt of the product, we will refund the purchase amount within fourteen (14) days.
The costs of returning the product shall be borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
3. EasyFWD (Software)
Software licences are also subject to a fourteen (14) day cooling-off period, provided that the software has not yet been activated or used.
If the software is activated or used immediately after purchase, the user expressly agrees that delivery of the software begins immediately. In such case, the statutory right of withdrawal may lapse in whole or in part, insofar as permitted by applicable law.
4. Business Customers
Purchases of easyflux by companies, institutions, governmental bodies and other business organisations are not subject to the statutory right of withdrawal.
For the EasyFWD software, 4U Solutions B.V. offers business customers the opportunity to contact us within fourteen (14) days after purchase if the solution does not meet expectations.
We will then work together with the customer to find an appropriate solution. Any refund or termination of the agreement will be considered on a reasonable basis and depending on the specific circumstances of the situation.
5. Cancellation
If you are a consumer and wish to exercise your right of withdrawal or cancel an order, please contact us within fourteen (14) days via:
Please provide the following information:
- Your name;
- Order number or invoice number (as stated on the invoice);
- Purchase date.
For easyflux:
- Return easyflux within 28 days.
- After receipt and inspection of the product, the refund will be processed.
For EasyFWD:
- The licence will be automatically terminated.
We will confirm receipt of your request as soon as possible.
Business customers may contact us within fourteen (14) days regarding EasyFWD. easyflux is excluded from this possibility (see section 4).
