Cancellation and Return Policy for EasyFWD and easyflux

 

1. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

If you are a consumer and have purchased easyflux or EasyFWD online, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving the product or, where applicable, within fourteen (14) days of concluding the agreement, without stating any reason.

2. easyflux (Hardware)

After exercising your right of withdrawal, you have a further fourteen (14) days to return the product.

The product must be returned complete and, insofar as reasonably possible, in its original condition and original packaging.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will refund the purchase price within fourteen (14) days.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the costs of returning the product shall be borne by the customer.

3. EasyFWD (Software)

Software licences are also subject to a fourteen (14) day withdrawal period, provided that the software has not been activated or used.

If the software is activated or used immediately after purchase, the user expressly agrees that performance of the agreement shall commence immediately. In such cases, the statutory right of withdrawal may lapse, in whole or in part, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

4. Business Customers

Purchases of easyflux by companies, institutions, governmental bodies and other business organisations are not subject to the statutory right of withdrawal.

With respect to EasyFWD software, 4U Solutions B.V. offers business customers the opportunity to contact us within fourteen (14) days of purchase if the solution does not meet their expectations. We will work together to find an appropriate solution. Any refund or termination of the agreement shall be determined reasonably and in light of the specific circumstances of the individual case.

5. Cancellation

If you are a consumer and wish to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal or cancel an order, please contact us within fourteen (14) days at:

info@easyfwd.nl

Please include the following information:

•             Your full name;

•             Your order number or invoice number (as stated on the invoice);

•             Return the easyflux product within twenty-eight (28) days. Upon receipt and inspection of the product, your payment will be refunded;

•             The software licence will be terminated automatically;

•             The purchase date.

We will confirm receipt of your request as soon as reasonably possible.

Business customers may contact us within fourteen (14) days in relation to EasyFWD only. This arrangement does not apply to easyflux (see Section 4).
