EasyFWD prevention software is compatible with Microsoft Windows (Windows 2000 and later) with .NET 4.0 Client Profile. An internet connection is also required, as well as a file location with sufficient write permissions. The software works in Citrix, LAN, Terminal Server and similar environments, and can be deployed via the internet, intranet or as a standalone installation.

EasyFWD is offered as a monthly subscription. Patches (minor bug fixes), updates (minor new features) and regular maintenance are generally included as long as the subscription is active. Additional costs may apply for upgrades (larger enhancements) or new versions, but these are always optional.

The vitality meter provides insight into your work effort based on your mouse and keyboard usage over the past 30 days. By moving the cursor over the graph, you can get an idea of how you worked each day and why your battery is more or less depleted. An empty battery is a signal that you have been sitting still for a long period of time.

How does it work?

Open the dashboard and click “Settings” in the top navigation menu. There, you can easily upload your favorite photo. From that moment on, your photo will appear in the break preview. Every time EasyFWD lets you know that a break is coming up, you will see your personal image.

EasyAnalyse can be linked to EasyFWD prevention software. With EasyAnalyse, you can easily create and send questionnaires, collect responses, generate reports, provide targeted feedback, and better motivate and engage your employees in health and vitality topics.

The key pillars of EasyAnalyse are: looking ahead, repeating, and providing feedback.

Only two requirements: you use EasyFWD and have an internet connection. EasyAnalyse works through the browser, so it can be used from any workplace.
